MEMBERSHIP

If you served on the Henrico as crew or troop you are welcome to join the USS Henrico APA-45 Reunion Association. Send your application form and a copy of your Navy 601-5 form "History of Assignments and/or DD-214 form that lists your time in service aboard the Henrico.  Your information will be added to the Ships Company pages and listed alphabetically.  Special Note:  On the Ships Company page listed below you will find the address for the records branch you need to write to, to get your military records & medals.  Be patient, it does take some time but we will work with you on this part of it, and again thank you!

Want your records or medals? You've earned them and can get them at no cost by writing the address below and giving them information:
1. Your full name
2. Service (Navy, etc.)
3. Rank
4. Social Security Number
5. Approximate dates of service

Many campaign and conduct medals, such as WW II Victory Medal, Theatre Campaign Medals for service in Asia, the Pacific and European areas, were designed and struck long after the war ended. The Records Center can determine from your service Jackets what you are entitled to receive.
